Types of Municipality Services in Dubai

Environment and Waste Management
The residents are able to license fishing, recreational fishing and waste collection. Also, there exist the services of the transfer of the bulk wastes in the city, as well as the delivery and the shifting of the waste containers stations.

Food License Requirements
To acquire a food license, the applicants will be required to submit a copy of their trade license and a blueprint of the restaurant building, denoting different areas like entry and exit passages, food storage, processing areas, ventilation, and location of equipment among others. There are guidelines according to which the restaurant is expected to be fireproof and washable with 380 sq. ft. minimum size of the kitchen area, storage of frozen items, cold and hot water supply.
